On may 20th and 21st 2022 Barka organized the third transnational seminar about “Rural territories”. This project, co-funded by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Union, brang together 104 persons from 7 different countries: Belgium, Belarus, France, Italy, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine.
On june 10 and 11, Citizens Campus organizes the fourth thematic seminar of the Y.civic project. This project, co-funded by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Union, will bring together young Europeans (Belgium, France, Italy, Poland and Romania) and allow them to express their opinion on the theme of civic engagement.
Following the seminar in Palermo on legality and democracy in Europe as well as on crime and European justice, the young people wanted to reinterate their collaboration (see Verviers action of January, https://ycivic.eu/fr/action-de-solidarite-en-belgique-photos). This time, it was the young verviers of the Centre Esope who moved to Brussels on Thursday 05 May. The Bonnevie Center of Molenbeek welcomed the delegation of Verviers and set up this day of action-debate “Justice & Youth” in order to exchange on the themes of the police-citizen relationship, particularly through the conclusions of the Palermo seminar. The third video is now available! The agenda of the day: introduction by Mr. Sclafani, President of the Cuore Che Vede Association and intervention of UNESSA, presentation of the “Ecomuseo Del Mare”, presentation of the activities and reflections of each delegation, guided tour of the city of Palermo and discussion tables.
